Photo Shoot: Fun Fashions for Summer

Summer is definitely my favorite time of year in terms of fashion. There are always fab trends and every year I find some new favorite pieces that wonder how I have lived without for so long. This summer is no different.

Though I have had the opportunity to shoot with almost two hundred designers/labels, just this year alone, I have been lucky enough to find some more clothes and accessories that I love and that every woman needs at least one of. I decided to include some of my favorite summer pieces in a fabulous photo shoot with my favorite photographer at BOSS Productions.

Thanks so much to BOSS Productions for the fab shots and to GAIAM, Ice Watches, Icarus & Co Jewelry, Elaine Turner and Naturalizer for sponsoring my shoots. You guys are fab!

First off, I totally have to brag about my Kimono Dress from GAIAM. Loves it, Loves it, Loves it! This dress is so incredibly comfortable and light—it is the perfect dress for summer. I love how I can pair it with a simple pair of flip-flops and a ponytail or I can dress it up a bit with some cute sandals. Plus, it’s from GAIAM, one of my new favorite brands. GAIAM pronounced (guy-um) is known for their fabulous yoga and fitness gear and their natural and sustainable products for the body, the mind, and the home. GAIAM’s clothing is made from natural fibers of earth-friendly fabrics like 100% organic cotton, bamboo, hemp, and rayon made from sustainable bamboo. I love everything I have ever received from GAIAM—their clothes are cute, comfy, and affordable. And, right now they have a fab sale on their fall clothing until September 30th so it’s a perfect time to try them out for yourself. http://www.gaiam.com/.

Love the clutch? Ooohh...me too!

My clutch is from Elaine Turner, who has quickly become one of my favorites. I love her unique designs, colors and textures. They are really extraordinary and I truly believe every fashionista needs at least one Elaine Turner piece in their wardrobe. Whether you have a thing for shoes, handbags or accessories, you will totally fall in love when you visit one of her beautiful boutiques (or you can shop online). Elainer Turner's fabulous accessories are beautifully accented with pink jacquard lining (her signature color), bamboo pieces and crown hardware. And I love how she includes exotic materials like grasscloth, raffia and basketweave in her designs. They are fab! http://www.elaineturner.com/

The necklace I am wearing is a Spiny Murex Shell from Icarus & Co. Jewelry. Their metal and resin jewelry has been featured in several of my shoots and articles. They are so beautiful - I just cant get enough. And now I totally know what I want for Christmas this year (more Icarus jewelry of course). Every time I have worn one of their beautiful pieces I have received tons of compliments. Icarus & Co Jewelry is absolutely fab because it is beautiful, unique and totally affordable. http://www.icarusandco.com/.

Another one of my new faves is definitely Ice Watches. These fabulous watches have spread like wildfire across the States and dozens of celebrities has been spotted rockin' their Ice Watches. So, needless to say I was absolutely thrilled to get mine. Ice Watches have an amazing collection of watches for both men and women. They come in just about every color imaginable with different size faces too. Some even have Swarovski crystals to give them a little bling-bling. And they are seriously the most comfortable watches ever. The bands are made of a soft silicone, yet they are incredibly classy and stylish. Even the Lego-inspired money banks (boxes) they come in are fab! http://www.ice-watch.com/.

My totally cute and oh...so comfy Yahu sandals in Coral Kiss are from Naturalizer. Naturalizer is known for their incredibly comfortable shoes and now, I definitely now why. These sandals were comfortable from the first moment I put them on (with no break in period) which I totally loved. They are made from a really soft suede and have awesome no-slip soles and super-comfortable insoles. The Naturalizer Yahu sandals also come in black, moonstone and veggie green and are on sale right now for $29-$39(depending on the color). These shoes are so fab I will definitely be adding a few more pairs to my wardrobe! Naturalizer has a huge variety of sandals, heels, and boots for fashion-forward and everyday ladies alike. http://www.naturalizer.com/
