You’ve probably heard before, that drinking plenty of water and eating a healthy diet is the key to great looking skin. And that is absolutely true! Eating a diet that is low in fat and high in vitamins and nutrients, can keep your skin looking young and healthy, and most importantly keep those blemishes away. So next time you go out to eat, choose a place that offers healthy alternatives to today’s modern menus, and think of your lunch as not only nourishing your belly, but nourishing your skin (which is, by the way, your body’s largest organ).
