With 25 calories or less, they’re the perfect little sugar rush when you’re in a rush!

Filling Snack Bars: The right bars can tackle your hunger in a big way. From fruit 'n nut bars to crunchy granola bars, there’s something to satisfy every set of taste buds. I like the two-for-one deal you get with Nature Valley’s crunchy granola bars. You can even save one for later!

Salty Crunchy Snacks: For some reason, there’s something VERY satisfying about munching on crunchy foods. Stick with portion-controlled baked or popped snacks like Popchips (the Tortilla Chips ROCK).
