ShoeDazzle.com Review & Giveaway

Yay! I have found like the coolest site ever for shoe shopping. I was hesitant at first because I don’t like to shop online for shoes and I definitely don’t do shoe clubs lol. But because they have a super easy and paid return policy I decided to give them a try.
It couldn’t hurt right?

Frye Fashion Boots in Footloose

Everyone knows there comes a time to cutloose...and that's the new tagline for the remake of the 1984 classic movie, Footloose. The new Footloose set to release on October 14th, features the fabulous Julianne Hough as Ariel and Kenny Wormald as Ren. Though it is said to be a remake of the original , there is no singing and its not a musical. I think it sounds absolutely FAB and I can't wait to see it!

Julianne Hough who plays Ariel, shares a longtime love of mine - The Frye Company Boots. In the movie Ariel wears two different styles of Frye Boots; The Billy Short Boot and the Taylor Pull-On Boot. Both of which I now own. I couldn't help myself. They are just too cute and The Frye Company is one of my all time favorite boot brands.

These are the showstoppers....

Billy Short $298, www.TheFryeCompany.com

Taylor Pull On $368, www.TheFryeCompany.com

Aren't they just gorgeous?

The Frye Company just recently opened their new flagship store in the historic SoHo area in NYC. If you are in the area, this place is definitely a must-stop. For more information on the new store, click here. If you are outside of NYC, you can get these fab boots at http://www.thefryecompany.com/.

Groovy Fall Trends: Disco Fever is Stayin' Alive

Stay warm, stay stylish and have a little bit of fun this fall.

Disco Fever is back

Wool pants, suede shoes, and of course some vintage jewelry--its groovy!

When I first heard the Disco Fever trend was back in style I was thrilled. I know some of you are probably cringing, lol but I have always loved the style. I still have a few pieces from the 60s and 70s that belonged to my mother. I think the trend is just fab because it was from an era that where people promoted happiness, peace and love. And because of that, it will always have special nostalgic memories. What better way to keep those groovy memories alive, than with some fabulous fashion pieces.

For those of you who love the Disco Fever trend as much as I do, these are the prime pieces to add to your funky wardrobe this season.

Pin Up Vixen Fashions for Fall

One of my fave places to shop for trendy designer pieces is Stylebop.com. So, when I got their new promo in my email I was thrilled.
They have such a fab selection of trendy apparel, shoes, bags, lingerie and even beauty items. I love shopping on Stylebop.com because they carry really unique trendy pieces from some of my absolute favorite designers like Valentino, Dolce & Gabanna, MCQ Alexander McQueen, Michael Kors, Casedi, Myla and Giuseppe Zannoti. Plus, if something doesn't fit, they are fabulous about taking items back- which is a must for me with online shopping.

This season at Stylebop.com, they have a bunch of fab pieces that go perfect with the "bad girl/pinup vixen" trend for fall. Think corsets, boots, tight leather and metal hardware--and just a little lace to soften things up a bit. It's FAB!

I am taking a walk on the wide side for fall! I am totally thrilled the pinup/bad girl trend is back.

These were a few of the pieces I absolutely had to have to get my fall wardrobe ready for the season. They are smokin' hot and totally perfect for the "bad girl/pinup vixen" trend.

My absolute favorite of all of them are these
Giuseppe Zannoti Garnet Patent Peep Toes Platform Slingbacks
I love these because they are super versatile--you can wear them with everything!
Wear them dressy or wear them sexy--they will be fab for seasons to come.

And this top, was an absolute must-have!

from Valentino, the Black Lace/Bow Detail Top

Isn't it FAB? So sheer, soft and feminine.
Wear it with a pencil skirt, flared pants or even a cute pair of fitted jeans.

And this cute little Valentino Patent Leather Bag is The perfect accessory.
The photo pretty much says it all...luxurious, classy and elegant.
Wear it with a black shift dress, a tunic and leggings, or with a sexy cocktail dress.

And I had to have a  couple pieces of the fab lingerie too...

The Myla Bourbon Black & Gold Boned Bra is beautiful to look at and surprisingly comfortable.

And of course I had to have the matching panties too!

Myla Burbon Black & Gold Glitter Thong
I totally loved these pieces too, but I haven't decided if I should get them or not...

Jitrois Rouge Belted Stretch Leather Dress

Giuseppe Zannoti Black Patent Half Boots

MCQ Alexander McQueen Black Leather & Cotton Vest

The Frye Company Opens Flagship Store in NYC

The Frye Company, one of my absolute favorite boot makers has just opened their new flagship store in the historic SoHo district in NYC. A must-stop if you are in the area.

Being a favorite to celebs and the fashion forward since 1863, Frye boots have been spotted on trendy celebs like Anne Hathway, Jessica Simpson, Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock and Pink. If you are a boot lover, you have got to try a pair of Frye boots- you will love them!

Frye boots are beautifully handcrafted and so durable they will seriously last forever. So you will never be able to use the excuse...."I need to buy new Frye boots because mine are worn out"...it simply doesn't happen with Frye.

The new Frye flagship store in SoHo NYC....

After what I heard (from my PR contact) The Frye Company had an incredible launch party last Thursday night. (I already had plans when I got the invite..boo-hoo, but now I have another reason to plan a stop in NYC)

The most talked about? The size and decor of the store. With 6,000 sq ft of space and an incredible decor, this Frye store will be one of the best reasons to hit Spring Street.

The design of the new NYC store is a fresh take on Frye's heritage and includes exposed brick walls, arched insets, ornate decorative columns, ten-inch-wide reclaimed oak flooring, reclaimed barn doors, and soaring 15-foot black tin ceilings accentuated by custom-made brass lighting pendants.

The shopping displays for the boots include a mix of wood, banker wire, and steel, inspired by vintage, workshops, machinery and tools. And the accents, like the large pieces of artwork, the lush rugs, and the rich leather sofas, create a warm and inviting shopping environment.

In addition to their fab boots, shoes, and handbags, The Frye Company will also offer some limited-edition products available only at the NYC flagship store including an exclusive gold and silver jewelry collection by Los Angeles designer Tara Cullen, with other collaborations to be announced after the launch.
The So-Ho NYC store is located at 113 Spring Street. It is just the first of several new stores Frye is planning to open nationally and internationally over the next five years. Some of the new locations they are considering include Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas, Aspen and London.

Oooh...come on Los Angeles. That would mean only a two hour drive to shop at one of my most-loved stores...totally worth it!
