How Wundertape works:
Place tape on a flat surface and remove backing, being careful not to wrinkle.
Some wrinkles are expected but will not be visible.
Place one finger in each hole and using a stepping action with one leg, align tape behind your thigh.
Position over the buttocks crease and begin to adhere the tape starting at the inner thigh.
Continue to adhere the tape as you follow the contour on the buttocks crease towards the outer thigh and anchor up towards the hip bone.
Press with your fingers to smooth out any wrinkles.
