Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Review & Giveaway

Most of my reviews are on obvious beauty and fashion products, but this time I decided to review a couple not so obvious beauty products--Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Toothpaste and the Colgate 360° Pro-Relief toothbrush. I truly believe that feeling good and looking good come hand-in-hand. And how can your smile look good, when it doesn’t feel good? Right?

After dealing with sensitive teeth my whole life, I am pretty sure I have tried every “sensitive” toothpaste and mouth rinse known to man. So, like usual I was really hoping this one would provide me with some relief but to be completely honest, I was doubtful.

But being a life-long sufferer, I am willing to give anything a try. And I am so glad I did!

Colgate has recently released a brand new line of oral care products just for sensitive teeth sufferers called Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief. The new Sensitive Pro-Relief line includes Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste and Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief + Whitening toothpaste, and also the handy dandy Colgate 360° Pro-Relief toothbrush.

Right away, I noticed that the Colgate 360° Pro-Relief toothbrush had some fab qualities that other toothbrushes do not. The bristles on the 360° Pro-Relief Sensitive brush are much softer (48% softer according to the packaging) than your typical toothbrush which provides less wear on your teeth. Colgate designed the brush with super-soft but still very efficient bristles to clean teeth and gums and a tongue and cheek cleaner for an all around healthier and cleaner mouth.

And combined with the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste - it is THE perfect pair. I love how the toothpaste creates a nice “lather” (for lack of a better word lol). It foams up really well and cleans the teeth without any grittiness. The toothpaste also has a nice peppermint flavor that is not strong and over-powering which I love.

The best part is that I have noticed a difference with the sensitivity issues. No, I still can’t bit into a Popsicle without shooting through the ceiling, but I can eat and drink without the usual very annoying pain that I have lived with for so long. I have been using the toothpaste three times a day for almost two weeks now and I love it. I will definitely continue to use it and absolutely recommend it to anyone with teeth sensitivity.

Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Toothpaste ($4.99) and the Colgate 360° Pro-Relief Toothbrush ($3.99) are available at retail, drug and grocery stores everywhere.

Now, on to the giveaway...

Two (2) lucky winners will be randomly chosen to receive a full-size 4-ounce tube of Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Toothpaste AND a Colgate 360 Sensitive Pro-Relief Toothbrush.

  2. So many reasons I am excited. I have had sensitive teeth my entire life and after being pregnant so many times (morning sickness) and years of ulcers my teeth have lost most of their enamel. I am blessed they are white and they are straight but they hurt. I just had oral surgery a week ago and still recovering. Fun stuff.

But, I have been using several other OTC sensitive toothpastes and products and truthfully I spend a LOT of money on products.
I buy floss, a water pick, a new toothbrush every two weeks (soft), sensitive toothpaste a certain mouth wash on top of the prescription stuff. I would love it if I won this tooth brush and brush and it helped. I would definitely switch over to it. Once can never have too much tooth paste :) I have actually never seen this tooth brush so even if I do not win I will be buying one to try out. Thanks for sharing!
