Tropical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens Supplement Review & Giveaway

Tropical Traditions is a fabulous source for coconut oil and organic products on the web. After reviewing their amazing Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil
For Hair Treatment, I decided to try something to help get me a little healthier from the inside out.

Tropical Traditions offers a variety of supplements including the Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens - which I decided to try in Berry flavor. Since most doctors recommend 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday, which is a lot easier said than done (and I don't usually get that many) I thought this would be a fantastic way to treat my body to something healthy.

What is it?

Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens is a drink mix that supplies a totally natural blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, plant enzymes and symbiotic intestinal flora for optimal energy  metabolism, digestion, detoxification, and immune enhancement. The mix can be easily blended into water and contains dark green plants, herbs, spices, natural food concentrates, and nutritious fruits and vegetables - all helping to keep your body happy from the inside out.

Here are just some of the fabulous benefits of

I ♥ my Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens

I received the Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens for my review. I have tried several of these "greens" drinks and have never really found one that I can drink without forcing it down. They are always so thick and gluey tasting that I have to slam the whole thing in one big gulp lol. That is, until I found the Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens from Tropical Traditions. I really like this one! And, knowing that it is packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, just makes it that much better. I chose Berry flavor which is really nice tasting (they also have mint).

I have been drinking the Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens daily for about a week now and I love it! I LOVE knowing that I am putting all of these great things into my body. And ironically enough, I have also been more aware of what I am eating  health-wise which is why I wanted to take the supplement in the first place, because I don't always get all my fruits and veggies. So for me, it has been totally a win-win. I like to drink the Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens with a banana or a handful of baby carrots as a mid-morning snack.
It fills my tummy until lunch and it actually tastes really FAB!

Shopping at Tropical Traditions

I love the idea of my supplements, food, spices, etc. being delivered right to my door because I don't always have time to stop at the store and I rarely remember to shop for spices and supplements until I'm at home thinking darn I should get me some of that. I do however spend a great deal of my time on the Internet (for work) so hopping on over to the Tropical Traditions site is easy peasy. I actually enjoy shopping on their site because there is so much helpful information on their products and staying healthy in general. You will find some amazing products, fabulous kitchen-tested recipes and so much valuable information. I learn something new every time I visit the site. I just want to try everything lol! I think my next Tropical Traditions item will be from either the food products or the skincare products - they all sound amazing!
