Awhile back, I received this amazing new Tenseless Heat Mask from
Onsen. It is part of their Ageless Series of facial products, which is designed to
be an alternative to facial injections. And, being that I’m not really a fan of
injections but would still love to have those types of results, I knew right
away this was a product I needed to try.
Um...yes please!
The mask itself is super thick and is probably comparable
in consistency to heated wax. It comes with a small spatula which makes it easy
to remove from the jar without making a mess. You just apply a small amount (I use about a dime-size amount) to your clean face and neck. Then you mist your face with a little bit of water to activate the heat.
All the feels…
You instantly feel
the product warming your skin and it feels absolutely amazing. The mask is to
be left on for about ten minutes, (it has an awesome time release technology) so it will
continue working while you sleep. This mask uses heat to open pores and gently detoxify, while allowing skin to absorb high concentrations of active ingredients. The directions say to use it for thirty
consecutive days as part of the injection-alternative Tenseless Series which
also includes a daily serum and a night cream.
All my feels…
I have been using this face mask every day for nine days and my skin looks and feels fantastic. This mask keeps my skin really soft and super-moisturized. I have even noticed that my skin looks more evenly toned, with way
less fine lines especially around my mouth and eyes. If you’re thinking of getting injections, I would definitely
give this a try first. It has a hefty price tag…but then again so do
injections. I will update you guys again at the end of my thirty day regimen and let you know what I think then.
